Requests for pipes can be made by active account holders.

Items available in the MAP Program occasioanlly change.
If you receive a gift card from the MAP program, it can only be applied to the items you select in the MAP form.
Purchases of items outside the MAP Program with MAP Gift Cards will be canceled.

- Submit your request below
- Responses to requests take up to 7 days

- Requests can be made once every 30 days
- Responses will take up to 7 days
- Not all requests will be filled
Responses
- Responses will be emailed to the accountholder within 7 days
- When quantities requested cannot be met, we may extend an offer of what is possible for us to give.
- Any gift card funds not used will be applied to our next week's budget. No MAP funds are ever lost.
