Unfortunately we cannot sell direct to consumers.

Our team will work with you to explore existing options, and adjust pricing if needed. We will not let budgets get in the way.

Pipe distribution can be appropriate for any service/medical provider, material aid, outreach, or independent group caring for people who use drugs.

You don't need to be a non-profit or needle exchange to purchase pipes from Smoke Works.

Invoicing & Billing

Everybody.Open Discounts are available to everybody, and expanded access is given if you meet requirements for our STEP Program.

Material aid of pipes or larger discounts may be extended on a case by case basis.

Laws vary state-to-state. Our team is here to walk you through local regulations.

Budgets are tough enough, but even more-so when trying to implement something new.
We can help with spend-downs or grants by contracting monthly shipments of supplies for your program.

Smoke Works ships to the domestic U.S. and territories. International shipping is not available.

Shipping costs are calculated and checkout and paid by customer.

Shipping time vary. Items are sent as soon as possible, sometimes resulting in multiple shipments per order. Extra shipping costs are absorbed by Smoke Works.

Sales of harm reduction supplies are final. Returns and refunds are not possible.

We will gladly replace any items damaged in shipping.

Samples of any items can be shipped to ensure you are familar with the product before purchasing.

In the event an item ordered is not available, substitutions can by made.
