If your program experiences barriers to getting pipes, the Material Aid Program (MAP) helps you keep them in stock, funded by other programs' purchases and by donations.

Free pipes, no payment, no paper trail. Just pipes.

MAP awards bulk pipes at no cost, no shipping, as often as every 30 days.

When another program buys from Smoke Works, that purchase sends free pipes to programs that can’t otherwise afford them. That’s the whole model: you buy, we give, and the pipes keep moving to the people who need them. This is mutual aid.

What you need to know:

Requests are processed weekly. Please allow up to 7 days for a response.
If approved, you will receive a gift card to purchase online
Gift cards expire in 7 days – use ‘em quick!
Gift cards can be used on pipes and shipping only – not on accessories, kits, or any other items

Who can get free pipes

You don’t have to be a non-profit. If you put pipes in people’s hands for free, MAP is for you.

Three steps to free pipes

We fund what we can based on demand, what your program needs, and what's in stock, so awards vary and we can't promise every request. MAP covers pipes and the cost of shipping them to you but can’t be used to purchase accessories or other items.

01 Create an account

It's free, and it's how you reach both the wholesale store and MAP.

02 Apply from your dashboard

Once you're logged in, you'll find the MAP application in your account dashboard. Tell us who you serve, how your program is funded, and what you need. The more you tell us, the better we can match what we send to what your community actually uses.

03 Get approved and order

If we can fund your request, we'll set you up to order pipes at no cost. You can apply once every 30 days.
